Description: This shot was not as planned out as it may seem.  After taking a dozen or so pictures of these meters, I realized I really like how it looked when there was some blur from the cars behind them.  After waiting around awhile waiting for the next set of cars to come by, it occurred to me a blurred yellow cab would be perfect for a selectively desaturated image.  I waited around a few minutes specifically for a yellow cab to come by to capture my image.
