If you are a Google Reader junkie (or any other RSS junkie), you should take a second to visit the site. I’ve revamped it, added a few pages and features, and overall I’m hoping I made a better experience for you, my subscribers and readers.

Here is a run down of the things that have changed, been updated, etc…

New Theme. I came across this WP Premium theme by WP Remix awhile back and fell in love with it. I’ve put a bit of time into customizing it, but out of the box, the WP Premium theme is a solid and usable theme.
New Subscription Options. I ran a poll awhile back asking my readers if I should break this blog into two separate blogs, one about Photography and the other about Technology. 13 people said ‘yes,’ 12 said ‘no’ and 8 said ‘I don’t care.’ So, instead of breaking up the blog (for now), I’ve decided to offer multiple options for subscribing. If you are already subscribed, I suggest you switch over to one of these feeds. The old feed will continue to work for now, but I’d like to eventually move everyone to one of the new feeds:
- Korn on the Blog: This is the full feed. Every post made to this blog will show up here. This feed is identical to the old one, but with a new URL. If you’d like to keep the same subscription, this is the feed for you.
- Photography Feed: As you probably guessed, this feed is for the photography related post. In addition to the “Photography” category, it will include everything under “The Other Stuff” category so you don’t miss any blog announcements such as this one. If you are not interested in any of the technology mumbo jumbo, this is the subscription for you.
- Technology Feed: I decided to make a top level category for Technology. This feed will include all of my Social Networking/Media rants and raves as well as any other technology related talk. Just like the photography feed, this feed will also include all of “The Other Stuff.” If you not interested in seeing pretty pictures or hearing or learning about interesting photography tips and tricks, this is the subscription for you.
- Subscribe by Email: I have finally utilized FeedBurner’s subscribe by email functionality. This subscription includes every post made to the blog and will send you updates straight to your inbox. If you are an RSS phobe, but still want in on the action, this is the subscription for you.
Photography Section. I have created a new photography section with a few galleries displaying samples of my work. I am working on building this section out to provide more information on the photographic services I can provide and where you can go to buy prints.
Register. You can now register as a member of Korn on the Blog.

Those are just a few of the major differences you’ll see. I’ve also incorporated a few minor changes with a few more up my sleeve in test mode.

I really hope you enjoy the changes. If you find any dead links, a widget that isn’t working properly, or if you have feedback, negative or positive, do not hesitate to send me your thoughts and let me know.
