Turn to Clear

Turn to Clear by Justin Korn

Description:   I actually pulled this one up through a random page in my Flickr stream and was surprised to see I had not posted it on this blog yet.  A year after I’ve taken this shot and I think it is one of my favorites.  Funny enough, it apparently did not make my Top 10 list of 2008.  Perhaps this one has grown on me?

In any case, the night this image was captured was a miserably cold and foggy evening.  My photography partner at that time and I almost turned around and went home before deciding to stick it out and make the night worthwhile.  That evening, I ended up capturing a few of my favorites, one that actually did make my top ten list of 2008.  We also managed to almost get arrested by running out in the middle of the freeway attempting to capture a very unique Golden Gate Bridge view.  Now I know why it was so unique 🙂

All and all, it was a fun night and I learned, never let the weather (or anything else for that matter) make you think it’s a bad time for photography.

This one will certainly be available for purchasing at some point soon down the road. If you are interested, subscribe to the feed or contact me directly.
